Associate Director of UNCW's IT Client Experience
The team that I have the pleasure of working with is responsible for all of the client facing interactions. We support 18,000 students, 2,000 faculty/staff, and about 7000 endpoints. I am happy to speak with anyone on all that we are responsible for.

IT Service Management is handled by Chrissie Kenny who is at the conference, please reach out to her for more discussion.

The Technology Assistance Center is our helpdesk that is run by 8 full time staff and approximately 30+ student workers. The helpdesk handles all of the tier 1 and tier 1.5 issues that they have the permissions to handle. Please speak to Kelly Davidson or Adam Clark who are at the conference for more discussion.

The Client Technology Solutions Team is comprised of Client Technology Solutions Technicians (6 full-time staff/consultants and 2 temps) as well as Endpoint Administrators (2 full time - 1 JAMF and 1 SCCM and 2 individuals that admin part time and consultant part time).
