2020 UNC CAUSE

The NC State Women In Technology (WIT) leadership team will share with you what we are learning as we have navigated the past few months of the Covid-19 crisis, and what we plan on keeping (and throwing away) going forward whenever there is a "new normal."  We also want to learn from you.  What have you learned?  What are you doing now that you never want to do again?  What are you doing now that you want to keep with you as a takeaway? How are you helping lead through this crisis?  This presentation will share practical lessons learned for leading in a crisis, and will facilitate a discussion so we can share each other's experiences as we continue to navigate the challenges to our institutions caused by Covid-19.
