This talk will explore a communal approach to ethical web design. Web developers and designers are responsible for shaping the experiences of end-users. We will discuss using an ethical framework to make choices and decisions that are user-centered in order to create a more just and inclusive web for everyone. In addition, we will explore how the principles of ethical web design relate to diversity & inclusion within web development and design teams in higher education.
